Welcome to Rahal.ai (“Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms govern your use of Rahal.ai. By using Rahal.ai, you agree to these Terms.

What Rahal.ai Provides

Rahal.ai is an AI-powered travel planning platform that provides:

  • Itineraries
  • Hotel & flight suggestions
  • Route planning
  • Budgeting tools
  • Travel assistance

We do not:

  • Sell tickets
  • Make reservations
  • Act as a travel agency
  • Guarantee prices, availability, safety, or quality

We provide recommendations only.

User Responsibilities

You agree:

  • You are at least 18 years old
  • Information you provide is accurate
  • You will not use Rahal.ai for illegal or abusive purposes

You are responsible for verifying:

  • Visa requirements
  • Health rules
  • Airline policies
  • Hotel rules
  • Local laws

Purchases & Billing

Rahal.ai is sold as a one-time purchase. When you buy access:

  • You pay a single, one-time charge (the price shown at checkout)
  • You receive 30 days of full access
  • There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and nothing to cancel — access simply expires at the end of the 30 days
  • To continue afterward, you make another one-time purchase

We accept common online payment methods, including:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay

No refunds for unused time.

Intellectual Property

All content, AI outputs, software, and branding belong to Rahal.ai.

  • You may use generated travel plans for personal use only.
  • You may not resell, copy, or redistribute.

Limitation of Liability

Rahal.ai is not responsible for:

  • Cancelled flights
  • Bad hotels
  • Lost money
  • Missed trips
  • Visa issues
  • Injuries
  • Weather
  • Government restrictions

You use Rahal.ai at your own risk. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to Rahal.ai in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Abuse the system
  • Violate laws
  • Attempt fraud
  • Use bots or scraping

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kingdom of Bahrain.

Return & Refund Policy

Rahal.ai provides AI-powered travel planning tools. Access is sold as credits: you buy credits, and one credit unlocks one trip in full. By purchasing, you agree to the terms below.

Nature of Service

Rahal.ai provides immediate access to digital tools, features, and content. Credits are added to your account as soon as a purchase is confirmed, and a credit unlocks the trip you spend it on straight away. Because delivery is immediate, all sales are final unless required by law.

Refund Eligibility

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Credits you have bought but not yet spent
  • Trips you have already unlocked
  • Change of mind
  • Travel not taken
  • Dissatisfaction with AI recommendations

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • You were charged incorrectly
  • A technical failure prevented your credits from being delivered, or prevented a trip from unlocking
  • A legal consumer-protection rule requires it

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge.

How to Request a Refund

Send an email to: info@rahal.ai

Include:

  • Your account email
  • Transaction ID
  • Reason for request

We respond within 5 business days.

Credits and Access

Credits do not expire. They stay in your account until you spend them. Spending a credit unlocks that trip permanently, and it remains available in your account with no further payment. There is no subscription, no automatic renewal, and nothing to cancel.

A credit is spent at the moment a trip unlocks and is not returned afterwards. Credits have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred between accounts. Credits granted free of charge, including the credit given when you create an account, are promotional and are not refundable.
