3. Subscriptions & Billing

Rahal.ai is a subscription service. By subscribing:

  • You authorize recurring billing
  • Charges renew automatically
  • You may cancel anytime

We accept common online payment methods, including:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Apple Pay

No refunds for unused time.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, AI outputs, software, and branding belong to Rahal.ai.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rahal.ai is not responsible for:

  • Cancelled flights
  • Bad hotels
  • Lost money
  • Missed trips
  • Visa issues
  • Injuries
  • Weather
  • Government restrictions

You use Rahal.ai at your own risk. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid to Rahal.ai in the last 30 days.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that:

  • Abuse the system
  • Violate laws
  • Attempt fraud
  • Use bots or scraping

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kingdom of Bahrain.

Rahal.ai is a digital subscription service that provides AI-powered travel planning tools. By subscribing, you agree to the terms below.

1. Nature of Service

Rahal.ai provides immediate access to digital tools, features, and content. Once a subscription is activated, services are delivered instantly. Because of this, all sales are final unless required by law.

2. Refund Eligibility

We do not provide refunds for:

  • Partial use of a subscription
  • Change of mind
  • Forgotten cancellation
  • Unused plans
  • Travel not taken
  • Dissatisfaction with AI recommendations

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • You were charged incorrectly
  • A technical failure prevented access to the service
  • A legal consumer-protection rule requires it

All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the charge.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email
  • Transaction ID
  • Reason for request

We respond within 5 business days.

4. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel anytime. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No partial or prorated refunds are provided.
